Designation : General Manager, Finance and Accounts

Qualification: The candidate should be a qualified CA. Preferred a CS qualification as well.

Preferred Experience: Ideally from Hotel/ F&B/Retail/ manufacturing operating finance background with a mix of Big Four experience. We are looking for an exceptionally bright candidate who understands the business and adapts to build strong process and accounting operations. The opportunity is for enterprising performers who would want to work for a startup and learn something new every day.

Work Description:

- Overall financial planning, budgets, accounting processes and control setup.

- Financial analysis on various aspects - cost management, ROI on spend etc.

- Accounts Management and Maintenance.

- All related Statutory records and compliances.

- Managing Statutory Audit and Internal Audit.

- Managing Treasury and Cash Flows.

- Maintain Banking relationships.

- MIS development and Analysis/ Additional reporting for the management on as required basis.

Compensation: Would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
