This position is based out of Mumbai  Role and Responsibilities:  Business Development: Working in a dynamic business development and sales environment, The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and food company challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to sellers of all sizes.  Program Management: You will be responsible for formulating and defining the program's vision and strategy, creating buy-in for the program vision internally with key stakeholders, defining the product, pricing, benefits, value proposition and launching the program.  - Training the business development teams to roll out the program to key external partners.  - Defining success metrics and monitoring success of the program.  Organization: Hire and manage a high performance team. Ensure their objectives of growth and performance are met.  Basic Qualifications  - More than 3+ years of experience in sales and leadership roles of large teams.  - Bachelor's degree required, MBA from Tier 1 institute is a must.  - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.  - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.  - Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.  - Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.  Prior Experience and skills:  - 3-4 years of experience in business development/program management  - Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required.  - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.  - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- .
