Job Description for Position:

We need freelance Recruiters for India, US & UK hiring working from home for sourcing suitable candidates as per mandates.

For US, UK: Candidates having their own Job Board will be preferred

- Understanding job profiles shared by us

- Minimum 5-6 hours dedicated time per day.

- Devising a search plan

- Researching on assignment

- Calling prospective candidates for a job opportunity

- Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle

- Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on

- Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions.

- Excellent communication.

Remuneration:

- Freelance Search Professionals will get Profit % sharing of Invoice Billing.
