FreeKaaMaal.com –India’s #1 Bargain Hunting site is looking for Marketing Head who could handle various marketing activities like PPC, PR, SEO and Content Marketing with the aim of making FreeKaaMaal.com – an all in one destination for Indian Shoppers. You will be heading the team of talented marketing professionals and help us increase the market share through the design and implementation of an aggressive marketing plan based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the Indian Shopping Industry market.

Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing head, you will be responsible to

- Work with our leadership team to put together an end-to-end marketing strategy, including tactics and plan of action to get it done

- Get your hands dirty on occasion (it is a startup after all!), whether it be writing website copy or press releases, or running an email marketing campaign.

- Conceive and execute online and off-line marketing campaigns to boost FreeKaaMaal brand presence, drive valuable customer sign-ups, and increase sales on our partner websites. This will involve working with email marketing tools, creative collateral, running events, PR campaigns, and more.

- Build our brand, influence and presence in Indian Online Market and with target publisher verticals and segments. This will include at least the following: partnering up with various E-commerce sites in India, attending conferences and events, social media, public relations, online advertising, email marketing, content creation, company website evolution, and more.

- Working closely with content team of FreeKaaMaal and find out the new way to engage end users and increase revenue per user

- Managing PPC campaigns on Facebook and Google with an aim towards maximizing conversions of both affiliate sales and user registration

- Head our SEO Team and suggest new ways to increase visibility of FreeKaaMaal for various keywords on Search engines like Google & Bing.

- Utilize Google Analytics to provide analysis of website and online marketing campaigns.

- Establishing and maintaining new merchant/business relationships ( Mainly new e-commerce sites.
Other Responsibilities

- Talk to with various Affiliate Networks & Merchants in order to promote different campaigns and push good converting offer on our portals.

- Track conversion of various merchants and networks and prepare a strategy to increase overall revenue from various online inventories of FreeKaaMaal.com

- Monitor performance of our email marketing and other paid campaigns and suggest possible improvements.

- Work closely with Client Relationship team and help them achieve their monthly targets

- Talk to various Online & BTL Marketing Agencies and increase the performance of various Branding Campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience

- The ideal candidate would have done most of what has been said above and be looking forward to learn more, do more and grow in to a role with P & L responsibility.

- 4+ years experience in online marketing

- Be excited to work for a startup and have the self-motivation to thrive without a corporate structure

- Candidate should have good understanding of online media buying & know how PPC Industry works

- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing industry is a big plus

- Creative out of the box thinker who understands the technology space / Online marketing

- Loves number crunching and is excited to work on Excel sheets even if it is way past midnight.

- Should be a self-starter who enjoys ownership..
