Responsibilities:  - Responsible for accounting systems and processes which ensure zero leakages, 100% statutory compliance and timely, adequate controls and accurate book keeping   - Preparation of business relevant metrics and carrying out financial analysis  - Prepare financial and expense models and provide statements/ analysis/ reports  - Liaise with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Lawyers, consultants, statutory authorities, etc  - management of working capital and cash & bank balances   - Monitor the preparation and maintenance of ledgers using Tally and keep track of all types of filling including TDS, service tax, and VAT payments  Candidate Requirements:  - 5 plus years post qualification experience in any e-commerce or large transaction company  - Working knowledge of financial statements, operational metrics, accounting, Direct & indirect taxation, corporate laws, Tally, accounting practices, etc  - Very strong communication skills  - Advanced knowledge of Excel, word, PPT and Tally  - Chartered Accountant
