The Group is an Indian branded fabric and fashion retailer, incorporated in 1925. It produces suiting fabric, with a capacity of producing 31 million meters of wool and wool-blended fabrics.

- The group has a network of over 700 retail shops spread across India and overseas, in over 200 cities.

- Tailoring Initiative: A brand new concept in menswear, the company believes that your clothes should be made to fit you no matter what size and shape you are.

- It provides you a revolutionary alternative to the clutter of over-priced yet ill-fitting and low quality menswear available in the market today. They are building tailoring hubs across PAN India which would have capacity of enrolling 50/60 tailors/machinery and is looking for franchisee for same.

Location : Mumbai

Role : Franchisee Development Manager- Tailoring Initiative(Pan India)

Job Description :

- Responsible for the Franchisee evaluation and em-panelment sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and evaluation of franchisee as per the guidelines of the company.

- Must passionately represent the brand and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution and market development.

- This role gives exciting opportunity to set the franchisee network for tailoring network pan India from scratch .

Responsibilities :

- Initial contact with prospects

- Be the brand ambassador for the company

- Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly

- Evaluate of franchisee as per the set expectations directed by the company.

- Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports

Required Skill-sets :

- Proven accomplishment within Franchise Sales

- Able to travel across India

- Attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary.

- Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business.

Salary range: 10 - 12 LPA
