Franchisee Development Manager - Partnership & Alliances - Logistics eCommerce - IIM/IIT/NIT (2-8 yrs)
We have following requirement :
Organisation : Top Technology based logistic company
Role : Manager - Partnership & Alliances
Location - Bangalore
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech + MBA
Reports to : Head - Franchisee Program
Job Profile:
This is a leadership sales role in franchisee development team. Franchisee development team would be the key sales engine for driving sales across the country.
1. As a leader in franchisee development team, he would be handling a sales book of Rs 500 Cr+ in his/ her region through building franchisee
2. He would have to determine the number of franchisee to be on-boarded in the region and working towards hiring, training and inspiring them
3. Given the transformational impact we can create, he would work with the franchisee to ensure the growth and success of the franchisee & company in the region
4. He would be responsible for manage the performance of the franchisee in the region
NOTES :
- MBA Only from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges
- B.E. / B.Tech from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE etc. )
- Current CTC should be more than 15 lacs
- Should have go-getter attribute
- Should have problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
