Fractal Analytics - Senior Consultant - Analytics - CPG

This is a team delivery manager role which would involve client management, internal operations and people management. The incumbent will have the following roles:

Client Management: S/He would need to engage with clients to understand, define and develop data-driven solutions and be responsible to:

- Structure business problems and design solution

- Develop sophisticated analytical frameworks that add value to the client and result in new projects and revenue streams for Fractal

- Develop and implement analytical methodologies, processes, and technological solutions that integrate diverse information solutions and generate analytical insights

- Understand and translate statistics to address client business problems

- Leverage technology to enhance the competitive position of clients by identifying appropriate solutions and/or products and designs

- Effectively provide consultancy to clients on various aspects of their business using data analytics

- Bring technical and domain expertise in client interactions and solution development

Team management:

- Be a thought leader in the focus area, go to person for internal teams and a source of inspiration for the person

- Manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline

- Improve productivity and utilization within the team

- Manages projects well and ensure timelines and quality of delivery

- Contributes to analysis and helps other Fractalites to learn

- Fosters high quality client service and achieves business targets

- Build support for ideas and initiatives internally and externally

- Works with people to develop individual development plans and provide ongoing mentorship

- Forecast people requirements, manage staffing and other business needs

Qualification & Experience

6-8 years relevant experience in analytics preferably in CPG / FMCG / Retail / Consumer Product analytics

- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple types of data

- Awareness of CPG industry data sets - syndicated sources, any custom research studies, etc would be a plus

- Technical mastery in tools such as SAS, R, SQL, Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView or other visualization / Analytics Tools
