Job Description:  Role/Purpose of the job:   - Part of product development business team.  - Contribute to solve complex business problems using problem solving techniques and advanced analytics techniques   - Be a client trusted advisor   Responsibilities:   - Participate to structure business problems using problem solving/advanced analytics techniques such as issue tree and MECE approach   - Identify and evaluate co-relationships between multiple data fields/sets, analyze output and determine the next action item, such as Media (TV, Print, Digital) and survey data .  - Able to generate reports and insights using media/survey metrics   - Good to have understanding of the survey design process- questionnaire design, coding of the survey results and analysis of survey results- using statistical techniques like conjoint analysis, factor analysis and logistic regression   - Contribute to developing actionable insights /trends with high client and business understanding   - Independently drive a project and create business relevant deliverables   - Identifying the right approach, technique, tools to solve the problem to deliver high quality deliverables (statistical technique, modeling techniques, survey analytics) (Tools R, SAS, SPSS, ppt, excel, spotfire)  - Periodic updates to senior management  - Brainstorming On owned tasks as well as other tasks in the team  - Perform quality checks during all stages of engagement   - Demonstrate operational excellence to follow all steps of project management and company practices and processes  - Should have very good CPG /retail domain exposure  Desired Candidate Profile:  Qualification: MBA/Engineer/Masters in Economics/Statistics/ Operational Research   Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience solving business problems in CPG/Retail with advanced analytics techniques and solutions or operational research  Company Profile:  Fractal Analytics:  We believe analytics is critical to deeply connect with consumers, earn customer loyalty, make better decisions to reduce waste, and ultimately improve lives.
