The individual will focus on creating the right frameworks, processes and checks in place to make sure that our data is 100% right. This is not just an operations role, this will serve as the bedrock of Fractal's internal people analytics.  Job Description:  Ownership of systems:  - Overall objective : Ensure system data is 100% correct  - Define processes for access control of user data base  - Look at continuous enhancements to drive higher usage of systems  - Develop and publish metrics that would drive process compliance on the system  Database:  Overall objective: Collect & maintain data on everyone for each lifestage in the organisation  - Define processes for collection of data at various stages of an individual's lifestage at Fractal (onboarding, lifecycle, exits etc)  - Convert data into usable reports through automation/technology  Ownership of payroll input process: Sharing data with finance team for monthly payroll input  Adhoc projects :  - Time to time we may also pull you in for projects (that may not necessarily be in the above job description) if we believe you can add value  Qualification: MBA in HR preferably (Graduation in technology would be highly desirable)  Salary Offered: 8 - 12 LPA
