Fractal's analytical solutions help companies across the globe enhance profitability by powering their customer management efforts with scientific decision making.  Job Description :   Role/Purpose of the job :  - Visualize and create story boards from raw content for the in-house learning platform  - Design and develop content for power point presentations/ brochures/ leaflets/ newsletters/ campaign material  Responsibilities :  - Communicate with various technical teams to understand their e-learning requirements  - Visualize and create story boards for technical tools/topics such as- Spotfire, R, Alteryx, SAS, Qlikview and many more.   - The process entails- Scheduling meetings and brainstorming with Subject matter experts, understanding the content for visual detailing and finally creating story boards  - Study, research and understand course content to build creative and qualitatively rich story boards  - Source and generate data required to create effective case studies and simulations  - Create and develop learning objectives and course outlines  - Generating new ideas and developing original content   - Design and develop assessments - MCQ- s, case studies and simulations  - Being Pro-active to get reviews from SME's to make appropriate changes in the story boards  - Uploading videos/courses/assessments on the LMS and cater to the basic hygiene of the platform  - Visualizing, designing and developing content for campaigns from time to time  Firm Building and People Management :   - Contribute to FAA sessions & other business centric or/and firm centric initiatives   - Exhibit Fractal values & contribute to building a positive work environment  Competencies :   - Client Value Creation  - Results for clients - impact, insights, innovation   - Ability to create/innovate new ideas and concepts for projects.  Personal Effectiveness :   - High energy, dynamic and working independently to achieve quality results  - Collaborative Ability and willingness to effectively coordinate and communicate with diverse clients, internal teams across international time zones.   - Communication Passion for researching and writing technical content with excellent communication skills  - Conceptual, analytical thought process   Technical Effectiveness :   - Excellent oral and written communication  - Excellent visualization skills  - Internet researching skills  - Good command over English language and grammar  - Prior experience in e-learning will be an added advantage
