Job: Manager Social Media

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

- The Social Media Manager will be part of the fourseven team and will be accountable for strategizing and implementing social media strategy for fourseven.

- This person will be responsible for devising content strategy, developing brand awareness, building relationship with fashion blogging community, generating right inbound traffic and driving transactions.

- This person will be extremely knowledgeable about various social media tools like Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram. Twitter, Google+ and tools such as Hootsuite. We are looking for self-driven, hungry, passionate, aggressive people who are comfortable working in a fast paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

- Develop and / or curate relevant content to reach the company's ideal customers.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.

- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile etc).

- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

- Compile report for management showing results (ROI).

Qualifications:

- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms -- Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.

- Good understanding of how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.

- Enjoys a good relationship in the fashion blogging, twitter ecosystem in India.

- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.

- Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).

- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of - Search and Social- .

- Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite

- 3-5 Years of experience in social media roles in consumer facing Internet companies
