Location: Gurgaon

Must haves in the candidate:

1. Min qualification: B.Tech - Computer Science from Tier -1 College (IIT/BITS-Pilani)

2. 7-12 years of experience in coding/design roles in Internet startups

3. Hands on PHP coder with excellent problem solving skills.

4. Experience in launching and scaling products

Role:

- Lead the product development from a technical standpoint, and take end-to-end responsibility for all things technical for the product – from technology selection to architecture and design to working with, and guiding the technical team in delivering the product per agreed timelines

- Design the technical architecture, create and deliver specifications for software development and requirements for systems integration

- Must be an excellent coder and out-of-box thinker to come up with creative solutions

- Able to engage regularly with key stakeholders in analyzing and evaluating the product functionalities, and provide technical direction to the product

- Bring in passion, dedication and quality into his/her work to develop a world-class product and mobile apps

- Critical contributor in managing product scope, schedule and developer resources

- Own up the design, development, integration and unit testing efforts for the product

- Ready to roll up the sleeves and get hands-on at all times

- Institutionalize best practices in application development

- Managing and directing the product Technical structure & design, navigation, information architecture, and performance

- Should be able to build a strong team, handle and motivate them

- Identify Technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.
