Role Summary Ensure efficient and smooth Operations for H&G Ecommerce

- Managing Order Fulfillment function to ensure compliance to processes and committed TAT (Turn Around Time)

- Managing Marketplaces Operations for H&G Ecommerce. Driving Sales and profitability on Marketplaces by ensuring efficient cataloging and operations.

Key Result Areas

- Leading the Order Fulfilment team to ensure compliance to SLA and TATs.

- Maintaining SLAs (Dispacth and Delivery) for Marketplace and App orders

- Order Processing: Pick, Sort, Pack and Dispatch. Ensuring TAT and process compliance.

- Returns Processing ensuring TAT and process compliance.

- Perpetual Inventory process ensuring TAT and process compliance.

- RTV processing ensuring TAT and process compliance.

- Ensuring accuracy of system vs physical inventory.

- Providing Strategic and on ground leadership to the Operations team.

- Thinking beyond - current- scenario and lead to efficiently manage scale.

- Leading Marketplaces Operations

- Driving Sales on Marketplaces by ensuring on time Listing of new SKUs and by ensuring on time Stock Update of existing SKUs.

- Ensuring hygiene of product catalogue on marketplaces.

- Ensuring optimum inventory allocation to marketplaces to balance sales targets and working capital requirements and ensuring optimal inventory cover on ongoing basis.

- Relationship management with marketplace partners.

- Ensuring reconciliation of sales and transactions data between H&G and marketplace partners and correct reporting on H&G systems.

- Complaints management for marketplaces and ensuring reduction of complaints and improvement of ratings.

- Ensuring optimization of product mix and marketplace channels and operating model revenue contribution to achieve bottom-line targets.

- Working along with the Order Fulfilment team to ensure compliance to SLA and TATs.

- Ensuring accuracy of system vs physical inventory.
