Defining MBQs, monitoring top line and bottom line of the business, stock availability, stock turnover, Sales per Sq Ft, Category Assortment Expansion.
Managing overall operations including Buying & Merchandising, Vendor Management, Logistics, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, etc.
Ensure Range Planning, Promotion Management, Planogram, Competition Benchmarking, ABV/Bill penetration & Vendor Fill rates.
Steering merchandising efforts in harmony with the business objectives.
Continuous follow up with the vendors and supplier for their company schemes for better buying.
Controlling the inventory by reducing the slow moving products and introducing fast moving products.
Reducing the dead stock by sending slow moving stocks to the vendor as per liquidation plan.
Should be strong at National Sourcing & TOT Negotiation.
