Foodpanda - Team Lead - CRM

Job Profile:

- Deep Understanding of Email / Push / Multi-channel marketing processes - campaign design, production, html, QA, disptach, split runs, reporting.

- Lead a team of designers, copywriters, campaign managers to execute campaigns and be responsible for their efficieny, productivity and performance.

- Lead the India team that supports the Global CRM activities of Foodpanda across all 40+ countries.

- Co-ordinate with the head office in Berlin, and regional teams on ongoing activities and new initiatives
