FLYWITHVIP.COM is a startup that has signed up with 300 celebrities in the country and auctions and raffles the inflight seat adjacent to the celebrity whenever they take a flight, with proceeds going to a charity which the celebrity supports. We launched this site in Feb 2015 with a flight with the Bollywood Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan. Thereafter we've had flights with Anushka Sharma, R Madhavan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Asin and others. The celebrities signed up are from various spheres including India Inc (represented by Mr. Birla, Mr. Godrej, Mr. Bajaj, Mr. Narayan Murthy and others), Spiritual gurus (represented by Deepak Chopra and Sri Sri Ravishankar), Sports (represented by MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Sania, Saina and others), Fashion Designers, Bank Chairmen's and MD's. Coming soon are newer genres like politicians and bureaucrats.

Our raffles are also offered to Vodafone, Idea, RCOM, Aircel, BSNL, Tata Docomo users with added convenience of their paying through their prepaid or postpaid mobile bills.

As our Sales Head you have to drive revenue from mid to large enterprises across Geographies. You have to sell to large enterprises and should be comfortable with leading sales and evangelizing our product offering to C-Suite leaders. You live and breathe numbers and thrive working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for new business development in the defined geography and identifying, processing and closing new sales opportunities within the specified region.

- Formulate plans and strategies for expanding sales in your designated region

- Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to run entire sales cycle independently.

- Strong experience selling products to Senior Level Employees within an organisation with the ability to generate and communicate unique value proposition at this level.

Here is what we are looking for:

- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.

- You are seasoned with selling to businesses across markets and geographies and have a track record of overachieving sales targets YoY.

- You love Sales. You love developing a market from scratch.
