These businesses comprise 1500+ people across 8+ offices, with over 9 million customers, revenues over $200 million, a net worth of over $500 million and multiple category leading global brands across business areas as diverse as web presence (domains, hosting, cloud-infrastructure), online advertising (contextual advertising/ad networks), and communication & collaboration (voice and messaging).  With teams at companies like Ogilvy, Oliver Wyman, Endurance International Group, ESPN and Healthkart improving their workplace collaboration using Flock, we are already helping teams have richer and more efficient communication around the globe.  We are currently looking for a National Sales Head for Flock who will report into the CEO's office, and build and manage our sales efforts across India.  What Is The Job Like :   This role will focus on executing on our ambitious sales plans across the country. We will be targeting businesses of all size for adoption of Flock; though there would be an increased focus on large-sized (- 10k employees) and mid-sized (500+ employees) enterprises.  You will be responsible for end to end sales related processes for Flock within the country. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  - Managing the revenue projections and targets for India and leading the revenue goals  - Defining and executing the overall sales strategy by managing and tracking targets, setting up zonal sales processes, and rolling out new sales initiatives  - Gathering business requirements, managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc.  - Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to the CEO and Global Head - Sales & Marketing  - Plan the size, scale and geographic distribution of the nationwide sales team; and design and implement the required sales training processes for them  - Define customer segmentation  - Prepare sales pitches and relevant collateral  - Deliver pitches to CXOs of the India top 100 companies yourself  - Strategizing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to closure, and retention of accounts already in the portfolio  - Lead the creation of new relationships or strengthening of existing ones in key accounts  - Being abreast about the latest developments in the enterprise messaging space, and implement strategic / tactical plan if need arises  - Draft the JDs and work with internal and external talent acquisition teams to rapidly build out the national sales team comprising Zonal heads and sales associates  - Track and report Key Performance Indicator data for your team  - Setup and streamline the inbound and outbound sales and support team:   a) Telesales,  b) Email and Webchat Sales team.  - Ensure presence of stringent quality control processes for different functions of the sales team  - Work closely with cross functional teams like Product and Marketing to ensure adequate support is garnered for the smooth functioning of the process.  Who Should Apply For This Role :   - You have a relevant post graduate degree  - You have 12+ years of experience in sales of tech products/services to enterprises  - You have led a National Sales Head role for a few years  - You have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effectively targeted pitches  - You possess the ability to work with aggressive targets, and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock  - You are very hands on and believe in getting things done effectively  - You are aggressive and target oriented  - You have the ability to assess market trends, shape sales strategies and generate ideas for product development  - You possess excellent analytical capabilities - can understand clients- needs and possess strong strategic mindset  - You display great leadership, and can motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets  - You possess excellent communication skills, can elucidate goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all departments  - You take great pride in being an excellent networker; and have the capability to build and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike
