Role: Business Head - Online Bookstore  - Manage the overall P&L of the bookstore business ; meet topline and bottomline goals; Refine business model as per the dynamic market needs  - Deliver on sales and growth targets - Drive sales using the in-house sales team; Tie-up with schools for online bookstore that have already signed up with Fliplearn   - Deliver on operations & supply chain - Tie up with publishers/distributors for timely procurement of textbooks, manage outsourced warehouse, logistics & customer issues  - Deliver on Tech product - Work with Tech and product team to deliver a user friendly portal & great customer experience  - Lead & develop the cross functional bookstore team kjhh  Key skills and competence required:  Leadership material:  - High energy and drive; must carry a get things done DNA, strong work ethic and leadership aspirations  - Excellent communication skills and executive presence to connect with senior internal and external stakeholders ( Schools, Publishers, Vendors)  - Thought leadership - Ability to develop point of view guided by facts and research  - MBA or equivalent degree from a premier B school; strong operations background preferably with Engineering from top institutes  Problem solving using analytical and synthesis skills:  - Consultative mindset and structured problem solving experience  - Strong analytical and synthesis skills; strong with quantitative & qualitative analysis ; comfortable operating in detail as well as taking a high level view  Project management, result orientation & multi-tasking:  - Strong project management skills, and ability to multi-task among competing priorities; must carry a get things done DNA  - Ability to influence multiple stakeholders to leverage diverse teams & abilities  Process design and operational implementation excellence:  - Good understanding of process design & restructuring; past experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, logistics is good to have  - Ability to get down to ground level details to continuously optimize processes
