Our vision is to be $20 billion Company by 2020.  Yes, we have great plans for the future, but we have come this far in a short span of 7 years, largely because we have stayed focused on hiring and retaining the best talent and offering our employees great opportunities for learning, skill development and growth.   Key Responsibilities:  - Primarily accountable for management and coordination of day to day running of the photography / Videography editing studios  - Responsible for managing the workflow across all photography studios for the website constantly meeting all daily, weekly and monthly targets.   - Continually reviewing workflow and process. Should lead by example and drive the studio teams to work commercially, focusing on customer awareness and financial impact on the business.  - Continually improve and strengthen the production workflows across the studio team and creating an awareness to align output to category/brand/consumer behavior  - Overall accountability for studio stock, reporting, damages and value held in each location.  - Be the key point of decision making between category, Studio team and Creative teams- stakeholder management  - Vendor management (finance, planning and resourcing) and relationship building to ensure operations are supported continuously and variances in the operations are accommodated skillfully with vendors  - Should have a keen eye on quality, Category consciousness, understanding of global trends and be able to build credibility a result.   - Commercial acumen and market focused, ensuring products are visually appealing and is of international standards   - Provide leadership to the studio team, ensuring they are inspired, engaged and motivated. Constantly seeking to be the best and exceed expectations.   - Review of all imagery to ensure the quality and integrity of the brands are maintained.  - Oversee Business targets such that they are met seamlessly on a daily and Quarterly basis.  - Ensure the team understands the strategic direction of the business and their role in helping to achieve it.  - Proactively develop team and individual performance. Carry out periodic performance appraisals and identify development needs.  - Report out on a daily/weekly or as per business requirements on team output, challenges and forecasts  - Proactively plan and manage the teams' resource in advance to complete projects, managing expectations accordingly by building in a capability to forecast at best, based on working knowledge.  - Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last minute requests.  - Regularly review the photo studio operational processes, suggesting and implementing changes to improve productivity.  - Forecasting, Hiring and managing offroll staff during peak season, ensuring deliverables.  - To create & ensure images and videos meet global standards of quality, styling, editing and consistent progression in improvements. Creativity in Catalog and Marketing images  Qualifications & Experience required:  - Degree educated or relevant experience gained in a Retail environment / Retail Operations professional /E-commerce with a keen bend towards the fashion retail industry  - Required at least minimum understanding of design  - Ability to manage studio budgets  - A passion for product and crucially for always exceeding internal and external customer expectations. Proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines.  - Numerate with strong computer literacy. Keen Excel knowledge essential.  - Proven negotiation skills and be a natural relationship builder.  - Ability to excel within the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing company.  - Strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy.  - Team player - build relationships with other internal and external teams  - Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task.  - Ability to manage and lead a highly skilled creative team  Good to have : Experience in managing production operations for a digital asset business (photography, retouching, design).
