This team leads large, complex, multi-phased business programs by leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver exceptional business value on time and within budget in accordance with the Flipkart program management framework.   - Program managers drive and manage all aspects of the programs from kickoff to closure and be the single point of contact for all program activities, schedule and status. This includes managing program schedules, identifying and managing risks, change management, communication and stakeholder management.   - This position receives very broad guidance from top management and requires a high level of initiative and problem solving ability.  - Program managers are equally at home explaining your team's analysis and recommendations to executives while discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers, equally comfortable making prioritization decisions based on the strategic goals of the organization as well as bringing clarity where there is confusion. The ability to see what your contribution does to the business is a rare experience; add to that the fact that the impact of it is felt by your friends and family in India - the experience is extremely gratifying.   Your Part:  - Work closely with the software development, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business development, Finance & Accounting teams to deliver successful business programs across Flipkart.  - Work with all the stakeholders to assemble teams, define scope, identify success criteria, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, develop and manage schedule, manage change, manage risk, manage communication and stakeholder management to ensure timely completion of programs by meeting program milestones and success criteria.  You (Must Haves):  - Ability to drive large organization-wide cross-functional programs with a high sense of ownership and independent decision-making.  - Have the ability to influence the direction of the program, be able to establish and roll out the vision of the program and be able to evangelize the cause of the program.  - Have the ability to get things done  - Have the knack to manage the program teams, reducing the friction between them by asking the right questions and offering solutions.  - Being able to deal with and thrive in an evolving environment, being able to deal with lack of clarity and vagueness.  - The foresight to prioritize and make trade-offs using domain and business expertise to help program make process.  - You have a technical background, are detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities  - Solid experience and track record of successful program/project delivery utilizing multiple project/ program management methodologies/ framework, tools and techniques.
