Title : Manager - FC Business Finance

Reports into : Leaders in Business Finance

Business finance manager role for fulfillment centers (FC) is a high responsibility, high visibility role.

The manager works with multiple functions in supply chain :

- Works with FC Operations leadership in defining monthly, quarterly and annual movement of gross profit and costs: The manager will lead a team of 2 associates in revenue and cost planning with a clear understanding of where is the business moving

- Works with Sales & Operation planning team for manpower planning, tracking FC level load and headcount, capturing and reporting capacity utilization on manpower & infrastructure

- Works with Projects and Network expansion teams in identifying new projects, defining cost and business savings, developing business cases and doing rigorous analysis of numbers during implementation to capture plan vs actual benefits

- Works with design team on new initiatives and financial implications on the business through new process introduction

Key Ownership Areas :

- Monthly budget and actual OPEX costs for FCs

- Business case development and tracking

- End to end CAPEX for FCs

Must have skills/experience :

- Heavy stakeholder management experience .This role requires a lot of cross functional working and engagement with senior leaders

- Strong analytical skills, Almost all the work is data based. The manager does not do the analysis, but brings the right insights to the leadership
