Manager - Analytics - First Mile Logistics  Duties and Responsibilities:  - Design the suitable L1,L2,L3 Metrics for Operations Control  - Ownership of Tracking KPIs across all levels for First Mile Operations  - Share Key insight/inference generation for all key stakeholders  - Generation of Projections Vs. Actuals nos. for First Mile Operations   - Setting up Review Mechanisms for various departments of First Mile Operations  - Generation of all weekly/monthly reports and trackers with Inferences  - Identify and Generate metrics for Seller Escalations in a format to Help minimise the same  - Identify the Seller Pain points and generate trend metrics to enable Design of a system to ensure Seller Delight  Qualification :  - Engineering Background is a must.  - 3-4 years of Analytics Experience is a must.  Other Requirements:  - Excel and number crunching skills  - Strong analytical & problem solving skills  Span of Control : 10-15  Reportees to the position : 10-15
