Our vision is to be $20 billion Company by 2020.  Yes, we have great plans for the future, but we have come this far in a short span of 6 years, largely because we have stayed focused on hiring and retaining the best talent and offering our employees great opportunities for learning, skill development and growth.   The Retail Process and Excellence team’s mandate is to integrate & mature the Retail functions across all Categories with standardized processes and to promote compliance & operational synergy by cross-functional program management.  We are looking for an Associate Director to fulfil the role of a Process Domain Leader hosted out of the retail business unit. This person will be expected to lead and drive process improvements across categories and cross functional business units.  Roles & Responsibilities  As a Process domain leader, you will be leading process change in key Retail areas like partner management, supply chain, procurement, selling and reverse logistics. You will drive a number of cross functional initiatives and will be at the heart of a retail change management initiative. In this role you will:  - Provide thought leadership serving as a process domain and subject matter expert   - Lead the development of mature processes thereby laying the roadmap for a scalable future  - Chart-out flows which include Physical, Information and Order flows  - Establish Frameworks for delivery and execution  - Implement industry best practices and drive compliance across the organisation  - Support related deployments and roll-outs  - Provide tactical level support and handholding to the various teams as required  In order to be effective in this role and bring lasting change, you will have:  - End to end domain knowledge of supply chain and operations  - Exposure in creating and driving Go to Market strategies  - Ability to deep dive into issues through a hands on style of working  - Ability to drive change rather than influence  - Understands principles of management of change   - Ability to develop lasting stakeholder relationships  - Ability to handle multiple domains  Skills & Qualifications  - 10- 12 yrs experience in end to end supply chain and Retail/ FMCG verticals  - Preferably from senior management functions in Retail/ CPG/ 3PL/ logistics industries  - Demonstrated capability of providing thought leadership  - Familiarity to the ecommerce business model   - Graduate degree in engineering, preferably an MBA from a premier B School  - Advanced MS Excel – ability to correlate data, data analysis, metrics, pivots etc  - Familiarity with Retail and Supply chain frameworks like SCOR, APQC reference models etc  - Process mapping experience, familiarity with MS Visio
