Our technology has enabled us to deliver 5 million shipments per month - and this number's only growing.   Position: Associate Director - Office Facilities  Your Part   - To oversee and monitor the day-to-day running of the Facilities management operational teams, Mailroom, Transportation, Reception, Cleaning, Catering services and Facilities Helpdesk, besides new site pl.  - Manage space planning and movement control.  - Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.  - Manage the function within agreed budgets and continuously optimise costs.  - Support internal communication for events   - Manage contract relationships with the outsourced vendor and external providers to ensure that the delivery service levels are achieved (time / quality / budget)  - Review budget and metrics, report variances and recommend corrective action  - Manage positive relationships with internal customers according to the agreed SLAs and independently resolve issues. Escalate major requests or issues to the Director  - Focus on business needs of internal customers and include KPI's to measure and improve value for all the stakeholders  - Review and improve service processes to optimize services provided by facilities team.
