flipClass.com - Operations Manager

flipClass.com is an education startup promoted by IIT/IIM alumni who are pioneers in Digital/Online Education. flipClass provide Home Tuitions (3rd to 12th Grades and Test Preparations) supplemented by its powerful machine learning based online learning platform. Operations started in Bangalore a month back and we are looking to grow to other cities in the next 6-9 months.

We are looking for Operations Managers/Director with 2-10 year of experience. Primary job responsibility would be

1. Build a world class tutor network keeping in mind high demand areas, subjects and grades.

2. Interact with tech team to manage the platform and automate the process

3. Identify bottlenecks and come up with remedial actions

4. Ensure quality and fulfillment of tutoring operations

5. Build and manage operations and customer service team. Track them with appropriate metrics.

Managing a large team in a startup environment (with few processes) requires a lot of energy and motivation and that's what makes it fun too. For suitable candidates it will be a very high learning and growth opportunity with attractive stock options.

Person with prior operations experience will have a big plus.
