- These positions will be based in Mumbai and New Delhi and requires minimum 4-5 years of agency or corporate experience, a proven record of success in project management, and a consistent ability to meet the needs of clients and adhere to SoPs.

Responsibilities :

- This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a young, dynamic and organized individual who ideally brings excellent experience to work on high-profile corporate and consumer clients. Responsibilities include planning,managing client projects, working with the media, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,researching, writing and developing presentations in support of client programs, and advancing brand communications objectives that embrace the client's strategy and positioning.

- The candidate will manage a team of junior members to achieve these objectives and will also be responsible for training and grooming them.

Qualifications :

- Successful candidate must be results oriented, have a solid track record of effective media relations, strong writing, strong organization and acute attention to detail

- Minimum 4-5 years of public relations experience, with an emphasis on content, media, and operations

- The ideal candidate will have a PR agency background, and experience with both B-to-B and/or B-to-C in corporate communications.

- Experience in technology and corporate sectors will be a plus.

- Strong account management and planning skills with experience in leading PR campaigns preferably for MNCs

- Experience in corporate communications, crisis communications, and reputation management a plus

- Strong writing skills that bring concepts to life

- Ability to ideate and manage creative PR campaigns that go beyond traditional media

- Results oriented mindset with a strong operational focus

- Able to look at the big picture and still have attention to details

- Ability to manage self and teams time to deliver high quality work on time every time
