Responsibilities:  - Identifying and implementing different hacks for generating awareness with TG.   - Ideation (generating innovative ideas for growth), end to end execution of marketing projects / campaigns and measurement & analysis of impact. Working across the acquisition stack (SEM, ASO, offline conversions etc.).  - Executing viral retention strategies with Content Marketing, Social media and Email marketing.  - Building relationships with affiliate platforms / partner sites / blogs / news sites / apps.  - Coordinate with Product team to get the best experience for the customer and improve customer retention and repeat usage behaviour.  - Oversee and take decisions based on Analytics (A/B testing etc) from various sources e.g. Google analytics, mobile analytics etc.  Required Skills and Experiences:   - Should have 1 -3 years of experience as a Growth Hacker / Marketing.  - Should have understanding of all channels of digital marketing.   - Should be well versed in Google Analytics, Mobile measurement, optimization and emailer tools.  - Should be completely result oriented and obsessed with metrics.   Company Profile:  FIXIONS (www.fixions.com) is an on-demand marketplace using which vehicle owners can get their vehicle maintained at lowest price from trust-worthy & expert garages in just few clicks anywhere in Mumbai.
