Position Description:  The Lead of Marketing Services is responsible for contributing to the success of our clients by delivering best-in-class, data-driven marketing insights, strategies and campaign support. In addition, the Lead- Marketing Services would play an integral role in ensuring client retention, client satisfaction and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.  What You'll Do:  - Partner with clients to establish goals and provide recommendations to maximize program performance and produce quantifiable results.  - Partner with senior-level Consultants on developing strategic account plans and upsell opportunities.  - Develop, gain client commitment to, and implement effective online marketing program strategies that include member acquisition, engagement, win-back, calendar planning and segmentation.  - Analyze key program/campaign performance metrics to inform ongoing strategies.  - Develop and execute A/B testing strategies.  - Develop marketing and creative concepts, write copy / subject lines and complete effective creative briefs.   - Manage all phases of campaign execution, from concept through deployment.  - Provide monthly reports to clients, informing them of trends, successes, and overall program health.   - Develop and maintain expertise on current trends in email/SMS/social/mobile media.  - Build and maintain relationships with various departments such as Product, Production, Creative, and Support to efficiently support clients.  - Effectively track time via time reporting system  What You- ll Need:  - 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing services organization.  - Have worked with international clients preferably with US and UK.  - Well-versed in digital media trends and best practices.  - Engaged member of the marketing/technology/media world, and proactively solicits and contributes innovative ideas.  - Able to develop strategies that are clear, compelling and persuasive.  - Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, with aggressive deadlines, across multiple teams.  - Able to handle shifting priorities and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  - Excellent attention to detail.  - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt communication style to relevant audience.  - Creative problem-solving skills.  - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint particularly).  - Comfortable working in US shift from 8 PM to 5 AM (9 Hour Shift).  - Marketing or mass communication degree.  To Know more about Harman visit : https://services.harman.com/  At Harman, our success is derived from our team's commitment to customer satisfaction, product innovation and industry leadership.   The following questions should provide you with insight into who we are and what is important to us:  - Are you the type of person when faced with a challenge, sees the opportunity to create solutions  - Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment that is focused on its delighting its clients   - When faced with multiple priorities, can you organize your time effectively and meet deadlines  - Do you value relationships, support team work, and understand that true success comes from putting people first  - Is working for the industry leader in one of the fastest growing privately held companies appealing to you  If you answered "yes" to the above questions, Harman may be the right place for you!
