Fiserv - Analyst - Corporate Planning/Consulting/Strategy

Qualifications & experience:

- MBA from Tier 1 institute Experience is must in IT Services or Consulting Industry 3 to 5 years of total experience

KRAs:

- Development of Long Range Plan (3 year strategic plan for the business unit)

- Identify growth opportunities, both short and long term

- Participate in strategic projects in a strategic support capacity

- Perform in-depth analysis and syndication of data as needed

- Communicate with key stakeholders and program/project members

- Follow-up on key issues and report progress in a timely fashion

- Periodic business reviews

- Competitive positioning analysis of market and competitors

- Deliver set of insights and recommendations

- Develop trends and events into actionable insights

- Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis to support planning initiatives

- Conduct micro-internal consulting project to provide objective and strategic insights/options

- Candidate should have excellent presentation skills and ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them

- Assignment and review of work

- Major part of the work of the post will be self-initiated, in part guided by agreed performance objectives, to identify future policy and strategic issues.

- Some of the work is responsive to requests from specific individuals or in relation to specific local or corporate initiatives.

- A system of regular reviews of performance will be established.

- Communications and working relationships - The post-holder will communicate primarily with: Chief Executive - Executive Team - Onsite Engagement Managers
