Research into various personal finance products forms the backbone of our offering to customers.   Profile of candidate:   - 0-3 years of work experience in any form of finance research  - A strong orientation towards data and deriving insights from data; ability to look for and identify trends   - Well versed with Microsoft Excel   - Comfortable with basic finance concepts - CAGR, compound interest, average, stocks, mutual funds, interest rates, yields  - Having cleared any NISM exams will be preferred  Education qualification: BE / B Tech from reputed institutions; MBA preferred but not necessary  Description of role:  1) Carrying out research on mutual funds, bonds and other financial products that the company offers to its customers  2) Writing notes, articles and other research collateral to educate customers on personal finance, and to support our research recommendations  3) Collecting, analyzing and drawing insights from market data - that over time establishes the company as a thought leader in the personal finance space  4) Taking certification examinations as needed by law to carry out all types of research activities  5) Representing fisdom in training and networking events organized by mutual funds  6) Mentoring future junior members of research team  This job will involve working in close coordination with the senior management team.
