Inside Sales Executive (Preferable Female)
Position Description
- Key mandate would be to bring qualified leads for Sales Team and helping them in closure through:
a) Market Research
b) Tenders search
c) Research on Bank's website
d) Email Campaigns
e) Direct Calling
f) Event Coordination
- Will be responsible for India / Middle East / Africa market
- Will carry regional and total targets for qualified leads and successful closure through Sales / Account Management Team
Success Metrics:
- Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales experience with companies selling Banking Software solutions - Mandatory,
- Excellent communication in English required, Flexible to make calls on Sunday (This is not always but occasionally and could be for few hours)
- Not intimidated by CXOs/ comfortable in reaching out to the top tier, extreme persuasion and patience required
- Inside sales experience with closing deals on the phone
- Compliance/ Analytical Solution Sales Experience would be an added advantage.
- Ability to qualify and generate Strong Leads/ Pipeline/ Qualified Opportunities- Through Cold/ Warm calling and Mail Campaigns
- Past experience in handling India & Middle East market
- Some past experience in planning and coordinating Industry events (BFSI)
- Must have achieved 1 Million USD, inside sales targets
- Should be willing to work under pressure with high level of self-confidence/ interpersonal communication / impacting skills and emotional maturity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferably with Computer science)
Preferred Companies:
- Polaris, Oracle, Finesse or similar companies in banking solutions.
