Account Managers:

Location: Mumbai

Experience Requirements:

- You have a deep passion about the Banking/ Analytics / Compliance space

- You have managed independent P&Ls & client relationships

- You understand the nuances & art of managing challenging client expectations

- You have played a consultative/advisory approach in helping a client navigate through their problems to prefer a solution from you

- You have the perspective to map a client account, the key stakeholders, the opportunities that are present and translate this understanding into business opportunities

- You understand the Banking industry and/or Analytics/Compliance arena in a functional and/or technical capacity

Personality Traits:

- You are self-motivated and enjoy operating & delivering results in an uncertain environment, building clarity & structure along the way

- You have high levels of ownership & enjoy taking responsibility and orchestrating multiple threads to meet the goal/objective

- You believe Solution & Result orientation trump Process and Hierarchical structures

- You have the ability to rally around and involve the right people from multiple organizational pools and provide the leadership to meet the pursuit objectives

- You enjoy travelling and meeting different people from multiple cultures

- You have very strong communication and presentation skills

- You have a deep people and relationship orientation

- You listen as well as you speak

Other Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed B-school, ideally with an engineering background and some experience working in/with the Banking/ Analytics / Compliance industry.

- 4 -6 years of work experience in relevant roles.
