Finishing Manager - Dhaka

Job Description :

- Follow up on shipment dates as per planning.

- Ensure availability of manpower, machinery and material.

- Training of the new resources.

- Monitoring measurements and DHU level.

- Taking corrective action and giving feedback to concerned departments on finishing findings

- Ensuring tech and social compliances in finishing area.

- Ensuring daily targets are met in finishing and generate new ideas to improve productivity and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have work exp 8-10 yrs preferably in Woven Garments and Bottom Wear.

- Should have experience of handling a strength of 200 workers.

- Soft Skills aggressive and strong leadership and inter-personal skills.
