Academic Qualification:

Essential: Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Business Management

Desired: PG / MBA in Finance

Experience:

- Relevant: minimum 3 year + in Financial Services industry in corporate banking/commercial banking.

- Total: 4-8 years in financial services sector

Skills:

- Should possess good negotiation skills

- Should be a good communicator

- Should be presentable

Primary Responsibilities:

- Presenting in-depth performance analysis of all Strategic Business Units and Support Functions of the Organization on a periodic basis to enable Management in strategic decision making

- Driving special initiatives / process improvements under National Head's Focus critical for the organization success

- Devising new business initiatives - functioning as Point of Contact for new partners

- Driving operational concalls as a part of Delivery Excellence Review Rhythm process. Review and report Regional performance on a Weekly basis with the parameters defined and drive actionable items to closure

- Effectively managing communication/mandates of Management directives, suggestions, messages to appropriate stakeholders through effective follow up and necessary support

- Initiatives to develop and implement process improvements and internal systems for various functions which are critical to the organization growth requiring Management's Focus

- Arranging meetings for Top Management during branch visits

- Knowledge of Trade Finance/ Debt Syndication is required
