Responsibilities:
1. Sales management for the geographical region
- Achievement of Sales and Revenue targets with respect to the assigned territory
- Provide inputs for pricing decisions
- Sales planning, forecasting and resource allocation for the specified region
- Grow and sustain market share through direct, vendor & channel management
- Implement promotions, incentives, and other tactical activities as required for the market in agreement with Regional Head
2. Solution Expertise:
- Evaluate client current situation and identify improvement opportunities for enhancing deal solution and to confirm understanding of the requirements
- Work with the solution architect / Delivery personnel to finalize the potential clients based on the services provided by the company
- Identify and resolve cost issues impacting competitiveness of organization outsourcing solutions
- Collaborate with Technical Services and Consulting Services disciplines to develop integrated solution for build-run and/or business transformation deals
- Participates in Win / Loss Reviews and incorporate needed modifications to solution development processes
3. Account Management:
- Expansion of business with the current customers in Thailand through effective Relationship management
- Be single point of ownership to the strategic customers as identified and engage in relationship management at all levels within the customers organization
- Be responsible for transactional calls (meetings to sort out issues related to deliveries, proposals, pricing, support problems etc.)
4. Customer Delight:
- Build strong and supportive relationships at all levels within key customers and vendors
- Acquire continuous feedback from clients and develop action plans for continuous quality improvement
- Handling external customer expectations
- Do periodic monthly and quarterly - ATV-Actual, Target and Variance analysis with General Manager
5. Brand Management:
- Attend and/or presents organization outsourcing capabilities at industry trade shows or other marketing events
6. Market Intelligence:
- Keep close watch on competition, provide management with timely alerts on the various competitive activities and strategize plan of action
- Consolidate competitor information and feedback to HO on sales
- Submit periodic reports to Senior Management on the Business, Competition and others
Desired Profile
- Person should possess a Bachelor Degree from a recognized institute with 6 to 10 years of experience
- Preferable from banking and Payment sector with good knowledge in VAS, PRODUCTS
- Deep understanding of segmentation, value-based pricing and product development
Job Location(s): Malaysia
Work Experience: 6 - 10 years in International marketing
