Qualification :
- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) – Only Premier Business Schools ( IIM’s , XLRI)
- 8 to 12 yrs of relevant (consulting) experience
- Financial Management Services

Coverage
- Finance Strategy - Developing a finance vision and strategy
- Finance Transformation / Process Optimization - ‘right-size’ the finance organizations cost base - ‘Order to cash’, ‘Procure to pay’, ‘Acquire to retire’, ‘Plan to perform’ and ‘Record to report’
- Business Performance Management / Reporting - Streamlining Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes
- Cash & Working Capital Management - develop and implement visibility, control and generation of cash
- Finance Function Integration - Merger of finance organization
- Shared Services – Shared service strategy for core finance - Account Payables, Receivables, payroll etc.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generates new business for the practice
- Delivery of Revenue on client engagements
- Use client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm
- Leads and directs multiple projects effectively.
- Negotiates fees and other terms of engagement
- Monitors billing/ Fee collection using billing reports
- Counsels teams and individuals (via defining and implementing developmental plans) which will result in meeting future needs of the firm.
- Contributes to implementing and enhancing the firms policies and procedures for knowledge management and management for the firm’s intellectual capital
- Acts promptly to rectify and repair any risk to the firm or its clients in relation to intellectual capital
