- Providing Guideline to circles for preparation of circle wise AOP

- Engaging with circles for closure of AOP

- Consolidation of Track C AOP

Newer areas of Opex analysis:

- Establish benchmarks/KPIs for marketing opex

- VTM profitability

- Postpaid profitability

- Partner functions to trace WOW into P&L benefits

Competition benchmarking:

- One pager on competition benchmarking

- Single deck for all competition info

Atleast 1 market visit / quarter to gain the insights

Monthly forecasting & Reporting:

- Ensuring Compliances for IR Reporting

- Providing data projections for PACO provisioning

- TRAI Reporting

- ANOVA submission

- Closing inter lock (eliminations)

- 4G Forecast preparation & submission

- Forecast upload on FPM
