Financial Planning Analyst - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)

Designation: Financial Planning Analyst
CTC: Upto AED 240,000 per annum depending on candidate profile/experience
Job Description:
- The Financial Planning & Analysis Group performs analyses and financial reporting of results and strategic business initiatives
- Prepare the business financial forecast and weekly reporting to Corporate Finance for senior management
- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and delivery of the weekly financial forecast
- Aid in the preparation of strategic plans, new business analysis, and budgets
- Conduct financial modeling (Excel)
- Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management (PowerPoint, Word)
- Support Head FP&A and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings process as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors
- Involvement with Blackstone SEC financial reporting - preparing deliverable for quarterly filings
- Create ad hoc presentations for senior management on behalf of the CFO
- Expense Management - prepare reports and analyses to identify actionable expense management initiatives
- Special projects
- Financial modeling / Valuation analysis
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Finance professional with Analyst experience in RE
- Qualified in a finance related degree MBA or CPA
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint reporting skills a plus
- Highly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to - see the bigger picture- and get to the heart of issues rapidly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic; genuine passion for excellence
- Personal and professional integrity of the highest order
