Role: Financial Planning & Analysis (fp&a) - Specialist

Exp: 5 - 11 yrs

Qualification: CA or MBA

CTC: 16,00,000LPA to 27,00,000 LP A

- Assisting in analysis and preparing of materials for regional CEOs for their monthly regional Business Review across all Citi businesses

- Sourcing of market data and macro economic statistics from Bloomberg / other data providers to be used in monthly business reviews and ad-hoc projects

- Devising meaningful and standardised reporting across all businesses in EMEA

- Working with the wider team supervisor in a number of ad-hoc projects & presentations

- Preparation and analysis of Key Management Review Decks for individual Regions and Head Office

- Periodic Budgeting and Forecasting, Monthly Estimate process for the Regions

- Adhoc analytical support to regional Planning Heads

- P&L, Headcount and Balance Sheet analysis

Expense and Headcount Analytics

- Provide meaningful analytics for expense and headcount

- Tracking of one time expenses

- Tracking of Compensation expenses (payout ratios, associated taxes and CAP rates)

- Preparation of FX analysis

- Provide support for Global Functions management reporting, expense analytics and allocation processes

- Preparation of management information for monthly Expense Leadership (ELC) Committee meetings
Budgeting and Forecast Process

- Assisting in the quarterly forecasting exercise and annual Budget & Allocation processes

- Access management

Knowledge/Experience:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA – Finance with at least 4 plus years of FP&A experience. Should have worked in a senior role with a Banking COE.

- Good financial analysis and management reporting background

- Experienced in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel & Word).

- Experience working with data and knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Business Objects, Essbase, Qlickview would be a plus.
