Role- Senior Manager Finance

Location- Chennai

Reporting to- Director Finance

Years of experience – 8-12 years of extensive post qualification experience in Planning and Analysis

Education- CA or ICWA or MBA Finance

Job Responsibilities -

- Participate in business unit strategic/long-term planning efforts

- Provide timely and decision-oriented analysis of all meaningful investments by business unit

- Identify meaningful external and internal events and trends and incorporate them into the business unit decision process

- Drive timely submission of high-quality budgets and financial plans

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are provided to business unit and finance management, with issues and actions identified

- Provide analysis in support of pricing

- Identify and implement efficiencies in the organization’s routine efforts

- Ensure compliance to GAAP and corporate guidelines as appropriate

- Manage and develop the team

The Successful Applicant -

- Able to establish and grow business partner relationships with executives

- Able to build skills in individuals and to foster teamwork with direct and indirect staff

- Comfortable with leading change and influencing difficult decisions

- Highly developed analytical skills

- Ability to develop complex pricing models

- Depth of knowledge of financial concepts and appropriate accounting issues

- Demonstrated broad business acumen and sound judgment

- Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint

- Experience in the IT Services business is a requirement
