Financial Planning & Analysis Expert - IT (7-15 yrs)
We are looking for Financial Planning and Analysis (Expert) for a leading client into IT Industry. Job Location is Bangalore.
Candidate needs to work in the night shift 5.30PM to 2.30AM.
Role :
An expert to drive planning, budgeting, forecasting activities across accounts / contracts within a sub-region / industry.
The successful candidate should have a background in Finance (FP&A / Contract Accounting and other Business Finance Functions) with understanding of analytical and modeling approaches with insights for optimizing processes and budget costs.
- Professionally qualified Accountant (CA, CPA) or MBA Finance from a Premier Institute only.
- Typically 7+ years of experience in Finance including FP&A, Contract Accounting and other BU Finance Functions including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis.
- Prior exposure to FP&A and Account Finance (P&L responsibilities) in IT Services industry is a MUST.
- Experience in an integrated offshore business finance support model (Shared Services) would be key. Would need to work very closely with the onshore finance team and business leaders in different countries in the region.
- Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
