Financial Operations Manager (8-12 yrs)

This role would be responsible for Financial Operations

JD:

- Accurate and timely Invoicing

- Receivable Management

- Time sheet Management for SE

- Apply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information

- Respond to inquiries from the CFO or Top Management regarding financial results, special reporting requests and Work with the Audit firm to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit

- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met

- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department

- Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, payroll, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and Expenses, etc.).

- Cash management (including placement/movement of funds in various bank accounts).

- Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.

- Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other personnel in resolving financial issues.

- Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.

- Should have sound knowledge about all Taxations and returns.

- Issue of statutory forms

- Review of Invoices / bills on implication of service tax.

- Guide and coach the team to develop a continuous pipeline of leaders. This includes but is not restricted to setting goals, providing feedback and improvement plans to the team, identifying training needs for the team members and adequately nominate them for such trainings .

- Backup planning, cross training, succession planning to be in place for all team members to ensure that there is consistent pipeline of talent available for team members so that new roles and growth of the company can be sustained through existing people.

Education qualification:

- CA, or ICWA

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong numeracy and understanding of finances.

- Thorough understanding of key commercial principles

- Experience in dealing with senior client and supplier representatives.

- Significant contract and deal negotiation experience in a pre-sales environment.

- Commercial leadership of the negotiation, shaping and winning of large Capabilities

- Willingness to go to dwell into the details
