About our Client - Our client is an manufacturing company listed on the BSE. They have had consistent growth over the past 5 years and due to their recent expansion they have created a new role for a Financial Controller based in their head office in Sion.

Job Description - Reporting into the CFO and CEO, managing a team of 4 accountants you will be responsible for the co-ordination and completion of the Finance and Accounting, this will include the following:

- Preparation and completion of half, quarter and full year statutory accounts

- Group consolidations

- Final board presentation of accounts

- Finalisation of statutory reports for release

- All tax and compliance issues

- Foreign currency exchange / calculations

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant must be CA qualified with 7+ years experience in Manufacturing firms along . As this role is heavily focused on account preparation and finalisation, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to work autonomously in this environment and lead a team of 4 accountants. Alongside this, you will need to be confident in solving tax and compliance issues, and have strong communication skills to liaise with senior management. Candidates would be preferred if they are working in Sion.
