Financial Controller - Internet/Online

Job Description :

- Play a key role in creating value for the business and functions by providing financial and operational analysis;ensuring statutory compliances, performing accounting, risk mitigation, and complex project management and business restructuring, to address business, accounting, financial and taxation concerns.

- Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analytics to facilitate business decision-making, Identifying and preparing the Company for changes arising out any changes in Law or Accounting Practices, Timely and smooth completion of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits, Transfer pricing, Ensure the compliance to various statutes, and developing robust internal control processes.

- MBA/CA with minimum 8+ years (post qualification) of strong & relevant experience in Accounting and related fields.

- Must have a proven track record in auditing, statutory compliance and financial reporting (Indian GAAP, taxation), IRFS, Financial reporting and analysis

- Strong knowledge of Indirect tax, FEMA and Transfer Pricing.

Work experience : Worked within eCommerce/Big 4 a definite advantage
