About our Client - Our client is a leading Global Travel Management organization, with a strong presence in Asia Pacific. With their India operations over a decade old, they are looking for a Financial Controller to lead their retail segment, based out of Gurgaon

Job Description - Review accuracy of monthly financial statements and management accounts

- Analysis and interpretation of monthly results and follow up on significant variances with area leader / team leaders

- Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards and India minimum standards for financial systems and processes.

- Strong operational support including assisting operations with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.

- Preparation of month end reconciliations and files.

- Internal audits of the businesses and reconciliation of all accounts on a rotational basis Provide ad-hoc training and accounting support as required.

- Assist with special projects and the implementation of systems and process improvement initiatives from time to time.

- Responsible for maintaining high level of financial control in area.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with minimum 5 years experience, with a proven track of success in the Retail industry - with atleast 2 years in a commercial or operational role. With previous leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills, you must exposure to working in a MNC environment.
