Basic Minimum Requirement:  - Chartered Accountant, amongst the top rankers   - Prior work experience of atleast 3-5 years.   Your Role & Responsibilities:  - Putting financial systems and procedures in place (Start-up experience is a Must)  - Financial and budget planning & projections   Book keeping & Accounting:  - Securing accounts that are payable   - Accounts that are receivable   - Accomplishing payroll   - Auditing   - Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues  - Strong understanding of TDS/Service Tax Compliances (including returns)  Most importantly the incumbent will be reporting to the management and will be contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy of the company.
