About our Client - Our Client is one of the fastest growing mobile handset companies in India and has recently emerged as a dominant player in the market; having consolidated its position amongst the top 3 Indian brands. They have their own R&D centre in India as well as abroad.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the CFO and handling a team of 15-20 people, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure completeness, accuracy & adherence to timelines in monthly/annual book closing and reporting by consolidating books as per IGAAP and IFRS/USGAAP Improve internal control environment by driving statutory, tax and internal audits working closely with external auditors Improve performance of finance controlling team by periodic communication of latest developments in legislation & Internal & External reporting requirements.

- Effective monitoring of working capital and trade terms Responsible for Channel management and Sales accounting Monitoring creditor's ageing and ensuring timely payables management Responsible for continuous system and process improvements and automation of financial, accounting and business processes, in close coordination with the ERP (primarily SAP) implementation team.

- Participating and contributing in various high impact strategic projects

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be CA with 10-12 years of post qualification experience in Consumer Durables/FMCG/Retail or Telecom space, with at least 3 years experience as Financial Controller.

- You must have worked in a Big 4 and should also be well versed with SAP with an inclination to automate all Finance processes on SAP.
