- CA with 10 - Years of post qualification experience.

- Manufacturing / Processing experience is a strong preference.

- Ideally Kannada speaking..position based in Bangalore

- High EQ to work with an ambitious entrepreneur.

- Experience of ERP implementation experience (SAP/Navision - to be implemented). He wants to automate data collection and availability at finger tips.

- Technically sound - Financial Control, Big 5 Audit, books closure, Company's Act, Taxation, etc.

- Strong action / implementation bias.
