Financial Controller

Job Description A qualified chartered accountant with overall 10-15 years of experience and with atleast 8-12 years of experience in end- end accounting and finance.

Responsible for financial accounting and monthly close of Books for the Legal entity

Responsible for framing budgets, track variances, headcount etc.,

Supervision of all secretarial functions for the Legal entity

Maintain proper internal controls, procedures, financial controls etc.

Manage all tax , direct and indirect, transfer pricing documentation, handling tax assessments, liaising with tax consultants etc.,

Managing all SEZ related work , service taxes,VAT, maintenance of all statutory records for SEZ and customs requirements.

Responsible for financial reporting and MIS to senior management

Liaising and coordinating with Auditors, external and internal audit teams

Desired Profile Possess good analytical skills
